At a press conference tonight at City Hall, DeStefano, Wilhelm, Levin, Proto, and Smith announced the settlement - pending approval by workers in votes tomorrow - of contracts for Locals 34 and 35. The details will be released tomorrow after they've been seen by those in the bargaining unit - what I'm hearing is that the contracts are very, very good. Tomorrow we continue the fight for a more just, more progressive, more whole Yale. Tonight we celebrate and rest.
