A new report on labor conditions at The Gap says, according to Reuters, that ...forced labor, child labor, paying below minimum wage, physical punishment and coercion are some of the widespread workers' rights violations occurring at many of its factories worldwide. Says who? The Gap. Looks like they figured out that those glossy letters that they sent those of us who've written them protesting their sweatshops over the years weren't particularly convincing.
